Phil Dillingham
lead Pastor
Hello there. It’s an honor to tell you a little bit about myself, my family, and our church.
Connie and I got married in April of 1988. In December of that year, we became members of Priest Lake Christian Fellowship. It’s been our joy to be here ever since.
We’ve raised three kids to adulthood here. It’s an honor to say that we truly belong to this church family! In 1994, the church asked me to be the Senior pastor. I continued in that role until 2016, when I was commissioned to be a pastor-at-large in the community.
It is my joy now to not only work as a pastor at Priest Lake but also to be involved in many different churches and pastors’ lives.
Connie and I are loving the stage of our lives. We enjoy working together and being together, and we look forward to getting to know you: peace and all manner of good things.

Brandon Pierce
Associate Pastor
Brandon was born and raised at PLCF and has worked with the youth group as a youth minister and pastor for the last five years. He is a graduate of Trevecca-Nazarene University, where he studied education. He has a passion to see teenagers learn about and grow in their identity in Christ. Brandon is married to Sarah Pierce, and they have two children.

Guy Pierce
Associate Pastor / Missions Pastor
Guy Pierce is an associate pastor at Priest Lake and is particularly focused on missions. He graduated from Murray State University in 1993. He attended training schools with Youth With A Mission in 1996 and continued leading training schools until 2000. In 2001, he moved to a remote area in North India for four and a half years, where he worked in unreached villages and also met his wife, EunJeong, who is from South Korea. After moving back to the States, he became an associate pastor in 2010 and had four children. In 2013, his family sensed a call to return overseas and spent eight years in East Asia, after which they returned to Nashville. Their heart is to see Psalm 67 a reality throughout the world, as well as to love, bless, and encourage missionaries working to make that a reality.
